    The course of Management is the discipline basic course for the students in the English taught classes and the class of international students in the major of Business Administration, and it has the feature of wide spread of theoretical knowledge, high practical applicability, and faster development of management thought and theory, which call for more requirements of teaching methods. The team teachers propose the teaching mission of "foundation, practice, internationality, innovation", and the goal of training international talents with high quality, and keep exploring various forms of teaching methods for many years, and form the unique teaching method, namely, the “finding food” method in theoretical teaching, the “contingency method” in practical teaching, and the “team-based teaching method” in personality education, and has obtained remarkable teaching effect.
