1. Evaluation of External Experts
After the careful analysis and review of several authoritative experts in domestic management field, including Yang Deli, member of the appraisal group of Management in the Academic Degree Commission of the State Council, and Ma Qingguo, member of the appraisal group of management science and engineering in the Academic Degree Commission of the State Council, it is believed that the course of Management in China University of Geosciences (Wuhan) is excellent, not only in teaching contents and methods, but also in textbook compilation and construction of teaching team, with a reputation among domestic peer experts, and was recommended and proved this by writing or recording. In addition, the supervisors of the university evaluate the teaching method, contents, and effect of management taught by Yu Jing, Yan Liang, Sun Lijun and Zhang Yao, by attending the lecture class, and checking the teaching plan and students' homework. Finally, they conclude that all of these teachers are very good. The “finding food” teaching method, which was proposed by Professor Yu Jing and was reported by Chinese Newspaper of Geology and Mineral Resources, was highly admired by supervisors.

3. The Evaluation of Students (the assessing indicators and the evaluating results of the teaching management department of the university in recent two years)
After the questionnaire survey for the teaching effect of the teachers of the course, Yu Jing, Yan Liang, Sun Lijun and Zhang Yao, made by the teaching management departments of the school and university among the students for several times, the lecture teachers got a total score of 94.8 (out of 100) for recent two years.
The experts think that the teachers of the course, Yu Jing, Yan Liang, Sun Lijun and Zhang Yao, are very careful and enthusiastic in teaching. They pronounce well, speak fluently and infectively, and the students listen the lecture attentively. With the instilling teaching of the teachers, the students think and speak actively, the teaching atmosphere and effect are both very good, and the innovative thinking of the students is effectively motivated.
