Torben Ballegaard Sorensen understands the importance of organizational structure and design. His approach to empowering the contract designers his company uses to create innovative products is risky. However, it seems to have worked well. Although this structural approach might not be right for others, it illustrates the importance of designing an organizational structure that helps accomplish organizational goals.
